1-(3-(trimethylsilyl)propionyl)-lysergic acid diethylamide (also known as 1S-LSD) is a novel psychedelic substance of the lysergamide class. It is structurally related to LSD and other novel lysergamides like 1P-LSD, 1B-LSD, and 1V-LSD. It is thought to produce its effects by stimulating serotonin receptors in the brain, although the precise mechanism is not known. It is the trimethylsilyl derivative of 1P-LSD.

1S-LSD is sold online as a research chemical (also called "designer drug") since June 2024.

It is marketed as a legal alternative to LSD alongside other novel lysergamides like 1V-LSD, LSZ and 1cP-AL-LAD.

Subjective effects include geometric visual hallucinations, time distortion, enhanced introspection, conceptual thinking, euphoria, and ego loss. User reports indicate that the subjective effects of 1S-LSD are extremely similar to those of LSD. It is theorized to act as a prodrug for LSD like all other 1X-LSD analogues.

Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of 1S-LSD. It is presumed to have a similar toxicity and risk profile as LSD, although there are no formal studies that prove this. It is highly advised to use harm reduction practices if using this substance.
