Commons-emblem-notice.svg I'm absolutely convinced that there are inexpensive sober methods that can be safer and equally effective as professional psychedelic therapy, including long term repetition of positive routines like brisk walks, spending time with empathetic individuals, limited screen time, avoid drug temptation (including alcohol parties) completely, and consumption of varied food and essential nutritional supplements to prevent depression caused by malnutrition. Self-medication often distracts people from finding this balance, which in turn worsens the condition in the long term.

Hi there, I'm David Hedlund. I am from Sweden, a small country located in northern Europe, and have been editing PsychonautWiki since 4th April 2017, and I made my ten thousandth edit 15th December 2021.
