Background
I'm a fairly experienced drug user having done other benzos such as Etizolam, as well as other various substances, such as LSD, Psilocybin Mushrooms, DXM, MXPr, etc. At the time of this experience, I may have had a slight tolerance to benzos as I tend to take them twice a week, however, this is the largest and most potent dosage I've ever taken.
Report
I had taken 2mg of this stuff over what was likely the course of a couple of hours, all taken sublingually. The pill did not have much of a foul taste, if anything just a little bitter; this ROA was very simple, painless, and effective. From the first pill (0.5mg each), within 10-20 minutes, I had felt the effects somewhat intensely, in other words, the come-up phase did not take long at all, though I desired stronger effects, so I redosed every now and then up to the aforementioned 2mg. For a substance that has such a poor reputation, I was pleasantly surprised by the effects. The sedation was very apparent, and I was incredibly relaxed. Towards the end of my redosing, in other words, a couple hours after the initial dose, I was so sedated that I would nod out - I was sitting in front of my computer, and I rested my head on the desk for quite some time. I must say as well that music sounded much more "natural" if that makes any sense - it wasn't enhanced music appreciation like you would get on a psychedelic or dissociative, but it did sound nicer and more "linear" so to speak than it normally would. Where in a sober state of mind, I would skip songs that I was unfamiliar with, under the influence of this substance, I found myself listening to whatever would play on YouTube and enjoying some of the tracks I heard. There was a strong sense of numbness that came with this experience, for example, I didn't really feel too much emotions - I also was not thinking too much about really anything. I could also feel my breathing slow down, though not to a point where I felt I was in danger. There was also a sense of motor control loss most definitely as it was difficult to walk, for example, when I needed to use the restroom. On occasion, I would get up and dance to the music that was playing in a relaxed manner.
Dishinhibition was also present, but not in the same manner that I had experienced under Etizolam. It felt more controllable, contrary to the majority of the reports of this substance. I also suffered very little, if any, amnesic effects, as I was conscious of all my actions and remember the majority of the night fairly clearly. I did try to take a 150mg tab of 1cP-LSD as well, though this had no effect as to be expected considering I was heavy under the influence of this drug. I eventually got tired, and I went to bed with no problem.
The one downside of this drug is the potential for addiction as well as the after effects. At the time of writing this report (two days later), I am having some cravings for the substance (though I know I must wait to tomorrow to take it again), and I am drinking some alcohol to help cope with these cravings. In addition, I have been extremely irritated over the past few days, to an extreme extent. Today, for example, I lashed out at a co-worker for no reason, and later, a family member, also for practically no reason. My anxiety, however, feels baseline to what it normally would be, but this irritation after effect has stuck with me, and I need to learn how to better manage it so I can "have my cake and eat it too", in other words, take this substance without ruining any relationships.
All I have to say is that I enjoy this substance, I think it's been given an unfair reputation, and I will continue to take it. This being said, my recommendation if taking this substance would be to not take it as frequently as I do (once a week/every other week at most) to avoid tolerance build up/risk of addiction and to be very aware of the after effects and mindful how you're treating people when you're not under the influence. I will likely write another report tomorrow in a timeline fashion once I've done it again, provided I do not nod out and am able to keep track of the time, as well as coherently write for the duration of the experience.
