- Medication:
  - I took 200 mg of sertraline for depression.
  - I also took 30 mg of mirtazapine the night before which I'm prescribed for depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
  - I consumed some supplements as well as 5 mg of desloratadine like I do daily to ease the symptoms of my cat allergy.
  - I also inhale 320 µg of budenoside and 9 µg of formoterol once in the morning and once in the evening for asthma.
  - The night before I insufflated a total of 20 mg of O-PCE. The day before I consumed more O-PCE, 3-MMC, alprazolam, tapentadol, and metodesnitazene.
- Experience Level: I have some experience with 3-MeO-PCP, DMXE, ketamine, and ketobemidone. I also have a lot of experience with nitrous oxide, O-PCE. Overall, I am an experienced dissociative user. However, this was my first time on ephenidine.
- Set & setting: My intention with taking this substance was to have a euphoric, opioid-like high as well as to hopefully hole. I was in my room, tripping on my gaming chair. If I were to do it again I would probably have done it in my bed though. I was a little anxious and tense but had high hopes.

T+00:00 - Just ingested my capsule containing 115 mg of ephenidine. Time of ingestion, 14:31.

T+00:07 - I appear to be experiencing some respiratory depression so I will be taking 320 µg of budenoside and 9 µg of formoterol. I hope this isn't an allergic reaction to the chemical. I attempted to insufflate 30 mg of it two days ago and I started sneezing violently and experienced a similar level of respiratory depression. I realize this is reckless of me, I should have probably done smaller dose. I can only hope all goes well and that this will be a memorable experience. I have heard good things about this compound. They say it's more psychedelic than DMT and more euphoric than heroin.

T+00:18 - I'm no longer home alone so I feel less worried about potential adverse effects. Someone can come check on me at least.

T+00:29 - I'm feeling quite laid back. Just ate two cheese burgers and am watching Netflix.

T+00:47 - Feeling some light tingling. No visuals yet.

T+00:51 - Some funny things going on in my head. My fingers are going numb. Seeing some static or visual snow. Typical dissociative feeling. Still very clear headed. I feel positive about this. So far so good. Waiting for the magic to happen

T+00:55 - Auditory distortion. Things sound more distant and less clear. Don't remember if I've mentioned it but im experiencing occasional itching.

T+00:57 - This is divine.

T+00:58 - Wow. Music sounds very distorted and shallow. My fingers are getting stiff.

T+01:07 - More visual and auditory disconnection than tactile so far compared to ketamine and O-PCE.

T+01:14 - I still harness enough control of my body to lift a 6 kilogram erlenmeyer flask. I just used it to pour myself some water. I've been laying down but I am currently sitting up. The dissociation is getting intense. I hope there's no blackout cuz then what I'm typing will be lost. This is stored in a buffer which is saved to a text file which is synchronized to a server.

T+01:21 - Okay, bear with me here. I feel like a raspberry. Synesthesia going on? I have no idea.

T+01:27 - Oh, man. Yeah, I still feel differences in temperature. I can see clearly. And I'm drinking water. I'm thirsty.

T+01:38 - Just urinated successfully.

T+01:44 - Thins seem to have stabilized. Maybe it's kind of like 4-HO-MET, the comeup is really intense, overwhemling even, but the peak is just calm and still.

T+02:22 - Alright. It feels like the experience is over. I'm not saying I'm 100% sober, I can feel I'm not, but the most spectacular things have already occurred. There is a slight tingling feeling left in the extremities and a general numbness but I do not feel as relaxed anymore and things don't appear to be changing.

T+03:03 - I would say the experience has ended now. I do not understand what this 5 to 7 hours thing is about. I feel nothing right now. It was nice but it was a lot shorter than I expected. I will try 200 mg or so the next time.
