Talk:D-Limonene and vinegar "full spectrum" DMT extraction

I'm not sure why this tek is still alive, but the fact that it's the first result for "limonene dmt tek" on some search engines is alarming. The purpose of this tek seems to be defeated immediately upon completing step 2. Since d-limonene lacks Qigong training, it will most likely fail to magically levitate upwards and out of the solid sodium carbonate/plant powder mixture that is created in step 1, which will thereby fail to create the "clear and separate layer of d-Limonene" that's supposed to be "visible at the top of the jar's liquid content," as described in step 3. -Psychonaut420

Hey, thanks for the comment. I don't understand what you mean by "Since d-limonene lacks Qigong training, it will most likely fail to magically levitate upwards." Could you explain on your reasoning further?

Would you be able to help us fix this guide so that it is more accurate? We didn't write it, so cannot confirm whether or not it works.

Not sure about that first comment up top, haha. Must be speaking toward/questioning the legitimacy of the tek. As in, something that is described to happen in a step is incorrect, unless it were to "magically levitate" or rise to the surface or be freed from the mixture?

I have heard of this tek but never tried it myself. It seems too simple. If 100g of M. hostilis root bark was used, what is the (theoretical) yield with this extraction? If this tek is legit, it would be an incredibly accessible way to extract DMT without the use of harsher chemicals or acid/base extractions. D-Limonene is very easy to obtain, as it is used in many cleaning products (those with lemon/lime/orange scents - that's the limonene). Hopeful for an update! --User:sunfilter

What the original post refers to is the missing information in this tek -- the amount of water needed. There's no mention of water anywhere in the instructions. The limonene can't migrate to the top of the liquid layer if there's no liquid layer present (which there isn't per the not including any water in the instructions). Does anyone have this information? Thanks! --User:Dmteenis
