This substance is highly toxic (with a lethal dose between 30 to 120 mg), causing muscle spasms, seizures, respiratory depression, kidney failure and brain death, it is also a known neurotoxin. Recreational use in the 21th century is very uncommon, but some drugs might be laced with it.
