HPPD, GAD, and surprisingly not MDD. I wouldn't call it a phobia, but a sizeable portion of my anxiety can be linked to a fear of developing a schizoaffective disorder (this started after abusing DPH and reacting negatively to the HPPD it caused). Ideally one day I will reach a state of contentedness with my health -- I know I could be doing much worse, and often times I will try to at least consider my own health before doing something.
I have experience with:
Cannabis, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, changa, nitrous oxide, DXM, DPH, DMH, doxylamine succinate, pseudoephedrine, caffeine, harmala alkaloids, sertraline, myristicin, alcohol, cyclobenzaprine, and isolated forms of THC, CBD, and CBN.
My drug of choice is and likely will continue to be cannabis, though I have felt the most pleasure from substances like LSD or alcohol. I become quickly irritated with a substance if I cannot seem to actually enjoy myself, which is the reason why I cannot say DXM is my favorite drug of choice anymore due to panic attacks and vomiting.
Good movies, movies that people consider good. Generally, if it's clear that there's been a psychedelic influence I'll like it. Or if it's just well made.
If it's not comedic it has to be well made. Truthfully I don't watch much TV.
Aphex Twin, Death Grips, Gojira, Earl Sweatshirt, etc

Naked Lunch by William S Burroughs
Dark Souls, mainly. Not hugely into video games anymore, either.
No.
Favorite beverage of all time is cold water without ice. Second to that is unflavored carbonated water, then everything gets confusing and sticky after that.
Alcoholic beverages: I don't know, I hate how inefficient this damn chemical is. Shots of whatever since they can't make a pill to make you instantly drunk... I don't even like alcohol...
Neurotypical male with a great amount of both interest and anxiety regarding my own personal use of psychoactive and nonpsychoactive drugs.
