Domperidone (also known as domperidon or motilium) is a medication used for a variety of purposes such as an antiemetic, gastroprokinetic agent and prolactinergic drug. Is has only limited history as a street drug, where it was distributed several times in Europe, especially in Switzerland, as a substitute in MDMA tablets. It is considered to have weak sedative effects. It lacks recreational value and is thus pretty much unknown within the recreational drug using community.
