  • Misc: Taken at home, alone. Quetiapin (seroquel) 100mg probably still active in body from oral ingestion the evening before at 20:00. User have tried substance at lower dose before. User has ADHD, Bipolar (Type II) and aphantasia.

12:45: Material insufflated.

Strong bitter taste.

Typical nasal reactions to insufflation.

No burning sensation experienced.

12:50 - 14:00: Time spent sitting, engaged in writing and research on PC, and general introspection.

Time distortion:

Stimulation in whatever task was undertaken:

General dissociation from body:

Visual disturbance:

14:00 - 14:10: Time spent moving around, getting from workspace to bed.

Above effects are still active.

Feeling of motor control loss:

  • Feeling the need to hold onto things as moving around in the apartment, using arms against walls as safety. However, no problems actually moving, body responds as anticipated.
  • Tactile suppression, numbness in hands, feets and limbs. Slight sensation of physical autonomy.
  • Changes in felt gravity. Body feels heavy, balance is off.

14:10 - 14:30: Time spent lying in bed mostly with closed eyes. Some writing, mostly introspection.

Some above effects are dissolving: Time distortion and some stimulation are beginning to wear off.

Changes in felt gravity:

  • Body feels heavy.
  • Sensations of hovering, flying and falling, despite the increased perception of gravitational "force".

Awareness of not normally perceived parts of the body:

  • Sensation in throat and deep tongue muscle.
  • Sensation of spine positioning.

Sensational lingering:

  • Olfactory activation seems intensified.
  • Strong smells and taste sensations seems to persist longer than usual.

Enhanced Sociability:

  • Urge to socialize, user interacts with friends and strangers via online communication.


14:30 - 14:40: Time spent standing again, and on dental hygiene in bathroom

Some above effects are dissolving: Europhoria and introspection are slowly beginning to wear off.

  • Standing up requiring a lot of focus. Feeling of motor control loss as above.
  • Awareness of lacking dental hygiene motivates user to brush teeth, a bit excessively compared to baseline but not causing any damage.


14:40 - 15:45: Time spent sitting in bed, online socializing, writing, researching and relaxing

Some above effects are gone: Paranoid thoughts and sense of impending doom have disappeared

Some above effects are dissolving: Changes in felt gravity, Nausea, Respiratory depression.

Some above effects are coming back: Time distortion, immersion and stimulation are increasing again.

Mood changes, antidepressant effect:

  • Positivity towards task that earlier seemed insurmountable.
  • Focus on actionable task rather than hopelessness.


15:45 - 22:45: Time spent sitting at workspace, online socializing, writing, researching, relaxing, and listening to music

Almost all of the above effects are dissolving, some after-effects lingers.

After-effects:

  • Enhanced focus and mood change lingers while most other effects disappears slowly - probable stimulant interaction with ADHD.
  • Time passes rapidly, as baseline when user is focused on task.
  • Fatigue starting to set in.
